What data we process and why

• "We will contact you" form: name, WhatsApp/phone or email and your message. Purpose: replying to your enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request. Deleted after 12 months if it does not become an order.
• Orders and quotes: name, email, phone, shipping address and the 3D files you send. Purpose: preparing, manufacturing, delivering and invoicing your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
• Invoicing: tax details. Legal basis: legal obligation. Kept for the period required by tax law.
• Questions by WhatsApp or email: the data you give us. Legal basis: your consent.
• Customer history: we keep your contact details and previous orders to serve you better next time (repeating a part, remembering the material). Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest. Kept while you are a customer and up to 6 years after your last order (art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code); you can ask us to delete them sooner by writing to us.

3D files

Files are first analysed in your browser; we only receive them if you place the order. We use them only for your order, never share them with third parties and delete them automatically after 90 days.

Recipients

Providers needed to deliver the service: web hosting, storage and the order database (Cloudflare), Telegram to receive order notifications in the workshop, courier companies for shipping and our accountant for invoicing. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
