3D printed car and motorbike parts

We 3D print plastic parts for cars and motorbikes: clips, covers, brackets, grilles, trims and discontinued spares for classics. We use ASA for sun and heat, and fibre-filled nylon for technical parts.

Outdoor protective housing printed in ASA

On an older car or motorbike, plastics are what break most: panel clips, console covers, headlamp brackets, grilles, cable guides. On classic models many of these parts are no longer made.

A car interior in the sun easily goes above 60 °C, so we never print these parts in PLA: we use ASA, which handles heat and UV without warping or fading, and fibre-filled nylon when the part is near the engine or under load.

FAQ

Will the part warp from the heat inside the car?

Not if printed in ASA, which handles about 95 °C. PLA does warp in a car in the sun, which is why we do not use it for car parts.

Can you copy a part from a classic car?

Yes. From the original part, even broken, or from photos and measurements, we redesign it in CAD. For several identical units the price per part drops.

Do you print safety parts?

We do not print parts the vehicle's safety depends on: brakes, steering, suspension or seat belt anchors.
